From Training to Capability
The Praxis Leadership Development Series
Build Leadership Capability that Scales
For HR and L&D leaders building leadership capability across the organization, discover your approach to integrate executive coaching practices and proven frameworks to define, embed, and reinforce impactful leadership behaviors across teams.
Leadership training doesn’t fail because of content—it fails in application.
Managers attend training.
They understand the concepts.
But very little changes in the day-to-day.
Without reinforcement and coaching,
leadership behaviors don’t consistently show up
Close the gap between training and practice.
Define the leadership behaviors that drive performance—then pair them with coaching questions and practical frameworks that reinforce and develop those behaviors over time.
The Leadership Capabilities Series delivers a clear approach to:
Train leaders on what matters
Coach in real time
Reinforce behaviors until they show up consistently in day-to-day work
Leadership capability unlocked across your organization
Leadership expectations tied to business outcomes
Expectations translated into observable behaviors
Consistent leadership across teams and levels
Stronger execution in feedback, delegation, and goal setting
Leadership capability sustained beyond training
