Meet the Founder

Chelsea Seid is the Founder and CEO of Talent Praxis, a boutique leadership development company that partners with organizations to strengthen leadership effectiveness through executive coaching, leadership development programs, and consulting on leadership and talent systems.

Chelsea brings more than 15 years of experience leading teams, building companies, and working across business operations, people, talent development, and organizational strategy. Her career has spanned 100-year-old global institutions and high-growth startups, including serving as COO of a venture-backed coaching company and holding leadership roles at the Brookings Institution, Patreon, and Clara.

An ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Chelsea has spent the past nine years coaching 250+ leaders and executives across 50+ organizations and designing custom coaching and leadership development programs. She brings firsthand operating experience working alongside and on C-Suite to help organizations and leaders navigate the complexity of leading people while driving business performance.

Chelsea founded Talent Praxis around a simple idea: leadership is a practice, not a skill to master. She is also the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Trio Coaching Academy, an ICF-accredited coach training organization.

Based in Atlanta, Chelsea is a mom of two, an avid gardener, and a proud caretaker of a lively home that includes dogs, vast gardens, and a few unexpected reptiles.

Executive Coaches

At Talent Praxis, we partner with a very select group of experienced coaches, certified with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and experts in talent development, leadership, and people management.

All leadership coaches are ICF Professional Certified Coaches (PCC) with a master’s, doctoral degree, and/ or relevant field experience, and 8+ years of experience:

  • Working one-on-one coaching leaders across a variety of industries

  • Working internally in talent development, HR, or L&D

  • Working in a management or leadership position

We believe management and leadership are ongoing practices, not skills to learn or master once. As a leadership coach, our role is to act as a partner, believe in the capability and skills of our clients, and help them build sustainable practices as managers and leaders to achieve their goals.

  • Radha Mehrotra, MSc, PCC, Executive Coach

    Radha Mehrotra is a PCC coach and a facilitator who brings in a unique integrated style in her work that helps leaders address challenges around stress, emotional well- being, resilience and leading teams effectively with a human centered approach. She combines evidence-based tools from Psychology & Neuroscience and works with groups, teams and individuals. She is also certified on DISC, MBTI® & the Hogan® Assessment Tool.

  • Dawn DeFrancesco, PhD, PCC, Executive Coach

    Dr. Dawn DeFrancesco is a PCC coach specializing in holistic leadership development to support individuals, groups, and teams to achieve peak performance in work and life. Dawn is also a certified team coach, Mentor Coach, Master Nutrition Consultant, and earned a PhD in Training and Performance Improvement. Dawn is also certified in the following assessments: Hogan® Assessment Tool, Workplace Big 5, FIRO-B, PerSight, Influence Style Indicator™, and CCL Benchmarks 360.   • Shonna Amos, MA, CPC, PCC, Executive Coach

    Shonna is on a mission to help leaders Explore What's Possible™️ for their personal and professional lives. She has led leadership development, talent management, and coaching programs supporting leaders' ability to connect with their strengths and lead with authenticity. Shonna is a certified DiSC facilitator, a certified ICF PCC coach, and serves on the Board of Directors for the ICF Michigan Chapter leading their community outreach efforts.

  • Reginald G. Jackson, Sr. MBA, PCC, Executive Coach

    Reginald is a Marine Corps veteran and served on active duty for more than 20 years. His military experience is the foundation of his leadership development expertise and marks the genesis of his commitment to coaching. Since retiring from the Marines in 2007, he has held various leadership positions in the public and private sectors as an IT consultant, project manager, facilitator, and leadership coach. Along with coaching emerging leaders, managers, and executives, Reginald also serves as a coach trainer, workshop facilitator, mentor coach, coach supervisor, and conference speaker/presenter.

  • Jaclyn Cook, PCC, Executive Coach

    Jaclyn Cook is an ICF PCC coach who partners with individuals and leaders to gain clarity, confidence and create lasting impact. Jaclyn draws on over a decade of business experience, 1800+ hours of coaching and leadership tools to achieve meaningful results. She uses the power of coaching to spark growth and inspire action.

  • Jeanine Stewart, PhD, PCC, Sr. Exec & C-Suite Coach

    Dr. Jeanine Stewart is a neuroscientist, an ICF PCC executive coach, and former C-level executive who works with leaders of major global organizations, government agencies, and educational institutions. A strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial nature, Jeanine has created distinctive leadership development programs based on scientific evidence about what works to help leaders and organizations quickly align and engage the people who matter most in realizing an organization's full potential.     Shayna has spent her career working across the entire talent lifecycle, from early career to the C-Suite, focusing on crafting and nurturing impactful teams. She brings a background in education to her work in People & Talent, where she's spent the last decade focusing on shaping overall HR, Recruiting, and DEI strategy. As a coach, Shayna believes that the foundation of professional growth is built on a bedrock of genuine curiosity and self-discovery. Working with her will push the boundaries of what's possible while remaining grounded in the values that truly matter to you.

    Jaclyn Cook serves as the Client Services Director at Talent Praxis and is an ICF PCC executive coach. She partners closely with the owner and operations team to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience. Jaclyn helped build the systems, curriculum, and content that shape Talent Praxis programs, and this is her second organization partnering with Chelsea. She has also led operations and coaching at another coaching company, bringing continuity, operational excellence, and deep coaching expertise to every engagement.
