Why Coaching

Coaching philosophy: I believe in the power of clarified goals, thoughtful exploration, and tangible action as pathways to growth. I meet clients where they are and partner with them to grow into the leaders and individuals they aspire to be.

Working with Jaclyn

In coaching sessions, I partner with clients to define a focus and intention, celebrate wins, reflect on learnings, and take action in order to make progress towards their unique goals.

I guide each session with powerful coaching questions that spark new insights and help clients discover their path forward. I incorporate tools and frameworks tailored to their focus areas, with the intention of turning learning into meaningful application. Through the coaching process, clients gain confidence and experience personal growth aligned with their unique purpose. I support this by pausing to acknowledge progress, engaging with curiosity, and inviting clients to take intentional action.
