Executive Coaching

  • We create custom coaching programs for 5-50 leaders, to support each leader’s goals.

    Our most popular program is a 6-month coaching engagement with a one-hour monthly coaching retainer that can be broken into two 30-minute or one-hour calls.

  • We design custom programs tailored to each executive’s unique goals. Using assessments and internal processes, we create impactful coaching plans with flexible participation and no minimum requirements to align with your organization’s objectives.

  • We will design a custom group coaching program where participants engage in a creative, question-driven process to create a strategic path for achieving individual or team goals. This program fosters community, promotes psychological safety, encourages peer accountability, and nurtures a collaborative culture of learning and shared insights.

Training

  • Our small-group, coach-led training provides a quick overview of key tools and frameworks, blending instruction with coaching and observation. The session focuses on discussion and roleplaying to apply concepts in the workplace. Topics include:

  • We will create a custom training plan to drive your team’s success and growth. By collaborating with you to define key learning outcomes, we tailor our leadership and management curriculum to meet your team’s specific needs.

Assessments

  • Assessments are used to set a meaningful coaching focus or deepen the exploration process.

    At a minimum, we customize our intake assessments depending on the goals of the program. To create more exploration in the initial goal for coaching, to offer deeper awareness for the coachee, or to measure progress in the program we can provide a variety of additional assessments.

    We can also customize our process to utilize existing internal assessments.
